Policies

Return & Exchange Policy

We do offer refunds if need be but if there is a problem with an item please let us know so we can try and fix it. We will fix or replace any item that becomes broken or lost in shipping to the best of our ability, with modified jackets or original art being the exceptions. Lost original art work and jackets cannot be reproduced due to the nature of the items. Refunds for orders are sent out once I have received the returned item.

Modified Jackets:
If any damage is done to the paints, spikes, studs, and other misc piece comes off, or get damaged please messages us with pictures and we can arrange a way to get it fixed as quickly as possible. If a jacket gets lost in shipping we will send a full refund. If for any reason you are unhappy with the product send it back for a full refund for the product within the first 7 days of receiving the order. Refunds for orders are sent out once I have received the returned item.

Jewelry and Accessories:
If any piece of jewelry or hair accessories breaks or falls apart please contact us with pictures so we can arrange a way to get it fixed. If for whatever reason you are unhappy with the product send it back for a full refund for the product within the first 7 days of receiving the order. Refunds for orders are sent out once I have received the returned item.

Paintings and other Artwork:
If a piece arrives damaged in the mail please contact us with pictures so we can arrange a way to get it fixed. Some original art cannot be able to reproduced or repaired due to the nature of the piece. Refunds may be available with picture proof of damage to original art work.  If for any reason you are unhappy with the product send it back for a full refund for the product within the first 7 days of receiving the order. Refunds for orders are sent out once I have received the returned item.

Masks:

Due to the nature of this item, we cannot accept returns or exchanges. 
Please contact us if you have an issue with your item so we can make the needed arrangements. 

Fulfilment And Shipping Policy

We currently offer First Class, Priority Mail, and Priority Mail Express on all orders. Just select your desired shipping method at check out (prices will vary).

Once the item is shipped you will get an email notification with your tracking number so you are able to keep track of your order. We do not ship until your payment is received. 

​

We currently are not shipping international packages due to covid restrictions and changes happening throughout the world when it comes to sending products to other countries. We are a one-person show and at this time we are just no longer able to ship internationally.

Processing time is 5-7 days but I usually ship with items out within 1-3 days of getting the order.

 

Premade items ship out the fastest (1-3 days) but things like the choker collars usually ship out closer to 5 days since they are made to order. 

Refund And Cancellation Policy

Refunds are handled on a chase by chase basis. Please contact Wolfsbane Creates at Ariel@Wolfsbanecreates.com withing 7 days of receiving your order.

No refunds will be issues after 7 days of receival. 

​

Cancellations will be accepted withing 24 hours of orders being placed.
