B grade journals have minor imperfects like bent corners of the journals, scratches, or compressed spines. Do to this they are offered at a discount. 

There may be some ghosting of pencil, pen or marker marks through the pages. The pages are not meant for heavy marker, watercolors, or other heavy ink marks. The pages will pill up when used with heavier ink mediums.
